“My researches have dealt with – among other things – the themes of public contracts, public services and public companies, ambits that I have the possibility to deepen, in its concrete application, as a lawyer, often working side by side with public administrations and public companies. The academic and research commitments have brought me to examine the juridical issues related to public private partnerships, both at a national and at a supranational level, with specific reference to the themes of sustainable development and to the new configuration of the general interest, whose traditional theoretical definitions appears to be changing in its nature, due to more and more spread forms of direct involvement of the privates in answering to the needs of the community.”
