As Chief Attorney, she directed from 1994 to 2013 the Attorneys’ Office of the Municipality of Milan, which institutionally follows all the litigations of the Municipality in any judicial forum and provides pro veritate memoranda. Her activity was characterized by providing support to the Municipality of Milan in the optic of an effective counselling activity, carried out in light of the pursuit of the interests of the Public entity, acknowledging the delicacy of the relationships between the public and the private spheres.
Since 2014, she provides freelance professional legal counselling, privileging the advice to Public Bodies in matters of land-use, housing and public contracts. Lastly, she has been legal advisor of Expo2015 S.p.A., now in liquidation, for which she has followed four transactions related to public contracts of work connected to the realization of the Italian Pavilion. She has been a member of the Technical Secretariat of the Special Commissioner of Expo 2015 from its institution (2010) to its dissolution (2016), for the drawing of the acts and the solution of jurisdiction issues.
