Abstract:

The judgment under consideration puts an end to a long controversy between the members of a mixed company that manages the subway of London, concerning a clause of a partnership contract, defined by the Judge-Rapporteur as a “mesmerizing plot of contractual provisions contained in more than 900 pages”. The decision seems as an interesting declaration of t importance of clearly defining the relationship between the subjects involved in a partnership.
